La banda Keane se presentará en Lima en 2013 en el Parque de la Exposición

Ya está confirmada la presentación de Keane para el 5 de abril de 2013 en el Parque de la Exposición. A través de su sitio web, la banda de Timothy James Rice-Oxley y Tom Chaplin confirmaron su asistencia.

Ellos se presentarán por primera vez en el Perú en la que será una gira que incluirá varios países de Sudamérica para publicitar su última producción, el disco “Strangeland”.

Dos días después, la banda tocará en Santiago de Chile como parte del festival Lollapalooza.

Habrá una preventa especial a partir del jueves 29 de noviembre a las 5:00 a.m. hora peruana a través de la página web de Tu Entrada (se tendrá que usar el password “strangelandlima2013”). La venta general será a partir del primero de diciembre.

Keane le gana a Oasis con "Perfect Simmetry"

El más reciente trabajo de Keane, llamado "Perfect Simmetry" ha ido derecho al puesto número 1 de las listas de acuerdo a lo anunciado por UK Charts Company.

El trio ha hecho un "hat-trick", ya que sus dos discos anteriores también llegaron a ser número uno: El Hopes and Fears de Mayo del 2004 y el disco Under de Iron Sea en Junio de 2006.

Keane ha sacado del primer puesto a Oasis con su Dig Out Your Soul.

Los chicos de la banda han declarado en su website que se sienten "en la Luna" por este éxito más en su carrera.

"Ver que el álbum está en el tope de las listas es realmente sorprendente y la mejor cosa que hayamos podido desear".

Spiralling es el nuevo single del nuevo álbum de Keane, "Perfect Symmetry", a ser lanzado el 13 de octubre, (la misma fecha en la que The Cure sacará a la venta su álbum "4:13 Dream").

Spiralling es una canción que nos trae a un Keane con un sonido distinto a los que nos tenía acostumbrados. Ya en el anterior disco "Under the Iron Sea" ya habían ensayado unos sonidos guitarreros sintetizados que se repiten aquí pero con otros matizes y ritmos nuevos para la banda.
